Q.) I donated where is my item?
A.) After you donate the item gets sent to you in your magic stone open that up and click Receive and all your items should be in there in 2-5 Min after donating if not feel free to use our contact us on the website

Q.) I found a hacker what do i do?
A.) Please do not announce it in officer which would make the hacker know you are on to them, make a ticket by clicking the red question mark in the micro bar next to your bag and make a ticket, if no GM is online please post a screenshot on them hacking in the Ban request thread depending on your realm.

Q.) I have been banned what do i do?
A.) Post a ban appeal and the GMS of that realm will review it and tell you why how long and if you wil be unbanned or not.

Q.) Can Alliance and Horde Talk to each other?
A.) That is a yes and a No in Normal Chat sorry they cant, but they can whisper each other and understand and talk in officer chat which is our world chat.

Q.) How do i enter a battleground?
A.) Click H and go to battlegrounds and select the one you wish to enter and it will ask you to enter once a game has been started.

Q.) What are Blessing jewel of elune and such used for?
A.) They are quest items to upgrade armor or weapons depending what quest you are on some quests might require up to 100 of each.

Q.) Where do i get Flowery Stone and Titan Stones?
A.) For the titan stones you need to hand in 100 of Lifegiving gem of Amanthel, Blessing jewel of Elune and Mightstone of Sargaras for flowery stones you need 100 nuwa stones and 10 Practicing Monster Pots

Q.) Can GMs give me free gear?
A.) No sorry we cant give out free items for any reason unless we do a event.

Q.) My totems dont work what do i do?
A.) Sorry totems are bugged on this realm, we hope this to be fixed in the near future.

Q.) Is Swearing Banable?
A.) If you are swearing in officer chat than its a kick for the first offence, watch out tho some gms might do a ban depending on how bad it is, you can swear in normal chat and general just dont offend any one or you might get kicked also..

Q.) Can a GM change my name if i ask them?
A.) No sorry we cant do name changes for any reason, The only thing we do is forcerename which is only when a name offends others.

Q.) Can i have a free title?
A.) Sorry you need to win a event to get a title or do some thing else the game master thinks you should be rewarded by one.

Q.) How do i level up?
A.) Depending on what realm you start on, some of our realms are instant 70 and 80 and the others you need to level from 1, its not the normal XP rate also, we have a magic stone which is in your bag which can teleport you around to other zones

Q.) How do i get better armor and weapons?
A.) On our severs we have a starting NPC which sells you level 70 gear to start you off, we have custom quests for armor, rings, shirts and even weapons than we have our custom made instances which drop quest items and armor to help you out!

Q.) what is called Magic Gold (MG)?
A.) Magic gold is a item which you cannot see in your bags, it lets you upgrade all of your skills if you are ViP at any of the trainers and also lets you enter a few of our custom made instances that drop gear and quest items to help you out ingame. talk to the Challengers messenger in the task area to go to these places or to see how much you have

Q.) How do i get Magic gold
A.) Each time you vote you get Magic gold, also for every mob in a custom instance dies you will get 3 to 10 depeneding on the mob you cannot lose your magic gold unless you enter the instances with it or upgrade your skills.

Q.) What does VIP mean
A.) Very Important Person, we have Vip status on all of our players which donate to our realm, with vip you can repair your items any where at any time, change your size see what gms are online bind your hearthstone any where ingame! we have our own VIP mall to buy items for your chars and you can even talk to a GM when they are tagged, just remember one of your characters get the gear but your whole account gets VIP

Q.) I lost my magic stone what do i do?
A.) Talk to the World teleporter NPC which is in the task area or the main city's and go to Trafficking and you can buy one or more depending if you plan on losing the next one

Q.) Where do i get Simple Grinder
A.) Talk to the businiss matiral NPC in the task area and he will sell you that and many more items for your skills.

Q.) What is the Task area?
A.) The task area is known as TA we have two of them one PVE and one PVP we have all the custom made quests and the Custom NPCS in it to help you, many players like to duel and trade in it, we also have npcs which teleport you to instances at it.
